Return Policy
The Marilyn Boutique team thanks you for your purchase. However, since we always want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience in our online store, we are here to assist you—whether you are requesting a product exchange, received a defective item, or simply are not satisfied and wish to request a refund.

Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order and only with the purchase receipt. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.
- The product must be returned intact (tags not removed, not worn or used, and not washed), that is, without any damage or defect (unpleasant odors may also be considered defects). Otherwise, the product will not be accepted, and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
- Products discounted by 50% or more cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- Discounted products can be exchanged with any other product.
- Returns must be made ONLY via the courier service used to deliver your order (ELTA Courier, Speedex, or Geniki, applicable only within Greece).
- Discount coupons cannot be used on orders involving exchanges.
- In orders where a discount coupon is used, credit cannot be applied.
- In exchanges, "Gift Order" promotions (for orders over €80) cannot be used.
- For a second (2nd) exchange, shipping and cash on delivery costs (if any) are the customer's responsibility. This also applies to VIP members. Refunds are not available in this case.
- Once a return method is chosen (e.g., product exchange), it cannot later be changed to a refund request.
Size Exchange Procedure
- The cost of exchanging for a different size of the same product is FREE (for the first exchange).
- Exchanges are made hand-to-hand. The courier delivers the new item and collects the old one.
- If the desired size is not available, you may exchange it for another design of the same value—this exchange is also FREE.
Exchange for a Different Product
- For exchanges involving a different product, you are only charged the shipping cost. The value of the returned product is deducted. For example, if you return a €18.00 blouse and exchange it for a €35.00 pair of pants, and choose bank transfer as payment method, the amount to pay would be €20.00 (€17.00 difference + €3.00 shipping).
- Exchange is made hand-to-hand. The courier delivers the new item and collects the old one.
Store Credit Procedure
If you don’t wish to make a new purchase within fourteen (14) days, you may return the item in excellent condition using only the courier company that delivered your order (ELTA Courier, Speedex, or Geniki), at our expense. After we receive and inspect the item, the system will be updated with your credit balance equal to the value of the returned item. You may use this credit with no time restriction for a future purchase!
Refund Procedure
- To request a refund, the product and receipt must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. Refunds cannot be processed after this period.
- The return shipping cost is €5.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount (on the net value of the products).
- Refunds are issued to your account after quality inspection of the returned goods. Refunds are processed within 1–7 days.
- The receipt must be included in the return package.
- The recipient bears the shipping cost.
- No refunds are given for items discounted by 50% or more.
- For refunds involving orders with a discount coupon, the coupon is void if the returned value drops below the coupon's usage conditions.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
All orders are dispatched carefully packed and thoroughly checked.
If there is a mistake on our part regarding the size, product, or a defect, we cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us in such cases!
For returns and exchanges to Cyprus and other international destinations, the customer bears all related costs.
