Santa Marilyn Competition Terms and Condition
1) The company MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) organizes a competition as described below, through which the following prizes will be distributed to the lucky winners. This promotional activity is conducted via the MARILYN BOUTIQUE website (
https://www.marilynboutique.gr/).
2) The selection and
announcement of the winners will be made through the company's Social Media pages (
Facebook &
Instagram).
3) Eligibility for participation is granted to individuals who have made at least one purchase from our online store, regardless of the amount or timeframe. Employees of MARILYN BOUTIQUE, individuals directly involved in managing this promotional activity, and relatives of all the above up to the second degree are excluded.
4) The process is as follows: From 11/12/2025 to 18/12/2025 at 12:00, participants must complete the necessary actions described in the competition announcement, declaring responsibly that they assume full responsibility for the personal data they submit.
5) Participant information must be valid to avoid errors. Address fields should include Street, Postal Code, City, and Region. Example: Papadiamanti 10, 81100, Mytilene, Lesvos.
6)The products that participants will choose must be a dress or a set, a coat and shoes. Each product must include the code, color and size in case the product is not One size. The product code is located below its photo. Example:
7) Competition Prizes: The competition will take place via the e-shop, and five lucky winners will be drawn to win all the products they selected.
8) Winners will receive their prize following communication with MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE).
9) The winners will be selected by drawing lots by 12/22/2025.
10) MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) reserves the right to change the date of the winner selection process.
11) Alternate winners will be selected, to whom the competition prizes will be awarded in case they are not claimed promptly or are not awarded to the initial winner due to disqualification.
13) Participation in the promotional activity implies the participant's explicit and unconditional consent for the processing of their personal data, stored in a file maintained by the Organizers as responsible for processing it through automated or non-automated means, either by themselves or through any other person they appoint on their behalf, for the purposes of this promotional activity, in accordance with Law 2472/1997, as applicable, as well as for other promotional purposes, i.e., marketing actions.
14) If any winner declines the prize, does not meet the competition’s participation conditions, or all efforts to contact them by 27/12/2024 are unsuccessful, the prize will be awarded to the alternate winner.
15) Participation and prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The only obligation of MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) is to secure the prizes for the winners who have won.
16) Participants agree that MARILYN BOUTIQUE (KLEIDARA AFRODITI IKE) and its associated companies, advertising agencies, and promotional companies involved in this promotional activity, as well as all respective executives, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, will bear no liability or are otherwise released from any liability to any lucky winner for any injury, loss, or damage resulting wholly or partially, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize, gift, or parts thereof.
18) Participation in the competition implies the unconditional acceptance of the above terms of participation.
